1. Services
Services include live training sessions, mentorship programs, custom coaching, and related educational services provided by TradeLearnPath.com.
1.1 Refund Policy for Services
Clients may request a full refund for any Service up to 14 days before the scheduled start date. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. After a Service has commenced or within 14 days of the start date, no refunds will be provided.
1.2 Transfer of Services
Clients may transfer their Service booking to another date or another participant up to 48 hours before the original start date. Transfer requests submitted less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will not be accommodated.
1.3 Non-Refundable Services
Certain one-on-one coaching packages or group workshops may be explicitly marked as non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of content and resource allocation. In such cases, we will notify clients at the time of purchase and provide clear justification that course materials and trainer time are reserved.
2. Information Products
Information Products include digital courses, e-books, recorded webinars, and downloadable materials offered by TradeLearnPath.com.
2.1 Refund Policy for Information Products
Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of Information Products, all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy is necessary because users gain access to content at purchase and can duplicate or distribute materials.
3. Goods
Goods include printed books, physical materials, and merchandise sold through TradeLearnPath.com.
3.1 Refund and Return Policy for Goods
Customers may return unopened Goods within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original packaging. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Additional Refund Information
All refund requests should be submitted via the contact form with relevant order details. We will review each request in compliance with this policy and respond within 5 business days.
